Welcome to Your Watershed

No matter where you live, you live in a watershed. Here in Maryland, most of us live in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. It stretches across a whopping 64,000 square miles and covers parts of six states and the District of Columbia.

More than 18 million people live in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Each of us has a role to play in keeping our watershed healthy.
