Course Description:
Giving all students a voice in the classroom, an opportunity for formative assessment, for query, and to have their ideas valued have new possibilities thanks to the participatory nature of web based tools. Educators will learn how to effectively use digital tools to ensure each student’s voice is visible and valued. Teachers will explore and identify the characteristics of web based tools and review selection criteria for tools while considering student accessibility and privacy.

Course Schedule:
This six week asynchronous course is facilitated and graded. Learners absent from the course for six or more consecutive days will not be eligible for credit. An internet connection is required throughout the duration of the course.
